● The structure is hydraulic,the cylinder is filled with cold-resistant hydraulic oil.You can open door freely eventhough outdoor temperature is below -20℃.
● CM-1230-HS opening strength : 6kgs, closing strength :3kgs.
● CM-1230-HSL opening strength : 8kgs, closing strength :5.5kgs.
● The case and bracket's material are all 304# stainless steel, CM-1230-HS's case is made of plastic.

● The function of this ventilator is to keep the inside and outside pressure to be alanceable , even the inside temperature is under 0℃, so as to ensure free open of the door.

● With a temperature controller inside the window, If the temperature inside the coldroom is below -40℃ ,which also keep the window's temperature within +20℃~40℃, then guarantee fluent ventilation.

● With a stainless steel filtrating net, which prevent the insect from entering.

● Groove on the surface, avoid the inleakage of water.

● AC 220V or AC 110V are on your option.

Use with CM-1178-E3 inside release handle, CM-1178-E1 or CM-1178-E2 are on your option

 

CM-1179-L special designed latch series with extensile tongue in the front of latch body can shut automatically after cold room door is open to an angle about 45° if equipped with two hinges ( one hinge with spring, the other one without spring, like CM-1238 series)

 

The hole in the body center is use for padlock.
