An ammonia pump feeding refrigeration system mainly includes refrigeration compressor unit,condenser,liquid receiver,low pressure circulation tank, refrigeration shield pump, terminal evaporator,etc. As needed, auxiliary equipment including air separator, oil collector, emergency ammonia drainer,etc. Shall also be set up in the system.
Scope of Application:
Applicable to medium and large refrigeration systems;
Applicable terminal evaporator forms:Air coolers,coils, IQF machines,etc.;
Especially suitable for drastic fluctuation in refrigeration loads;
Applicable to the case where the feeding height or feeding resistance of the refrigeration circuit is large and the direct expansion feeding super-cooling degree cannot meet requirements.
Applicable to the case where the terminal evaporator has no throttle valve installation space(the vale must be installed outside the storage and near the evaporator);
Inapplicable to densely populated places such as processing rooms etc.

High heat exchange efficiency of the terminal evaporator:
Large refrigerant circulating mass,no overheating impact, and high heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator due to multi-feeding.
Little refrigeration oil enters the evaporator due to oil return by the low pressure circulation tank, a small quantity of oil sludge is scoured and carried back due to large flow rate and high flow veloctiy of refrigerant, the impact of oil film heat resistance on the air cooler is more obvious. Oil film heat resistance causes large heat exchange temperature difference and large operation energy consumption.
High refrigeration efficiency of compressor:
The compressor sucks in dry saturated steam,is free of the impact of superheat degree and has high refrigeration efficiency.
Simple and convenient defrosting operation:
During defrosting with hot ammonia,the low pressure circulating liquid receiver is concurrently used as a drainage tank,during defrosting, the liquid in the evaporator can be directly discharged into the low pressure circulation tank.
Low control cost:
The same liquid receiver with pump unit can be used in feeding as the same evaporation temperature,it is not needed the control the superheat degree of multiple terminals, and it is only needed to control the liquid level of the low pressure circulation tank and the ammonia pump.
Cold Storage Room Instruction:
The modular cold room series is an integrated family of sandwich panels designed for quick cold room assembly. The panel configuration has been reduced to a minimum, so the overall effect is to offer the clients maximum design possibilities for cold rooms with a minimum amount of panels required on the site. All products from the modular range can be easily assembled without the need for special tools. Likewise they can be dismantled easily in order to move or enlarge them. The modular range has a wide variety of applications from general food storage to mortuary chambers.
